Shipping Policy
Shipment
The goods will be dispatched on the same working day if payment is received by 3 pm CET, unless otherwise agreed.
For security reasons, shipments are only dispatched on working days from Monday to Friday.
All shipments are insured and packed properly and carefully. Unless otherwise agreed, Mr Phichet Watches sends the ordered goods with Swiss Post AG.
Swiss Post AG is also used for shipments outside Switzerland.
Personal collection/delivery of the watch in Biel/Bienne is also possible by arrangement.
When shipping to a country outside of Switzerland, the customer is responsible for customs duties, VAT, or other import fees. Mr Phichet Watches is not liable for any delay in shipment due to import procedures and cannot pay or refund import fees or other relevant payments.
Damage During Transportation
The customer must immediately complain to the carrier about any damage during transportation. In case of complaints, the customer must describe the defect in detail and inform Mr Phichet Watches in writing within 3 days of receipt of the shipment at the latest.
Return Policy
Right of Return
At Mr Phichet Watches, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer you the possibility to return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
1. Condition of the Item: The watch must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered—unused, complete, intact, and in its original packaging.
2. Agreement from Seller: Before returning the item, you must obtain an agreement from us. Please contact us at:

3. Return Process:
• Notification: Inform us of your intention to return the item within the 14-day period via email or phone.
• Shipping: Securely package the item to prevent any damage during transportation. All returns should be sent using an insured and trackable shipping method.
4. Costs:
• Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the item.
• Customs and Import Fees: If returning from outside Switzerland, any customs duties, VAT, or other import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refund:
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days.
• Deductions: Any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods may result in a deduction from the refund amount.
6. Exclusions:
• Custom Orders: The right of return does not apply to products that have been individually manufactured according to your specifications or clearly tailored to your needs.
• Damaged Items: Items that are damaged, worn, or not in the original condition will not be eligible for a full refund.
Damage During Transportation
If the item was damaged during transportation to you:
• Immediate Action: Report any damage to the carrier immediately upon receipt.
• Notify Us: Inform Mr Phichet Watches in writing within 3 days of receiving the shipment, providing detailed descriptions and, if possible, photographic evidence of the damage.
• Assistance: We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
